Bottle-cap Tambourines
You'll need:
a strong y-shaped branch
a dozen metal bottle caps
a strong wire
acrylic paint and brushes
assorted decorations (feathers, colored cord, beads, etc.)
Let's start:
First paint the stick and decorate it.
Next step is to flatten the bottle caps with a hammer and use a nail to punch a small hole into the centers of the caps.
String the caps onto the wire and then wrap the wire around the stick.
Now you have yourself a tambourine that will keep children entertained for hours.
