English Muffin Pizzas

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

2 English muffins
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
pepperoni

Directions:

Cut the English muffins in half and spread tomato sauce on each top half of the muffins.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
Place the pepperoni last and broil until the cheese is melted.
