Funnel Cake
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 cup whole milk
3 2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
vegetable oil
powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix the sugar and eggs together in a large bowl.
Add the milk as you continue to beat the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, salt and baking powder) with the eggs.
Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Pour 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large pot and heat it up.
When the oil is hot, pour the batter into a funnel and the batter into the pan. Make designs by moving the funnel back and forth.
Allow both sides to brown.
Remove the cake from the oil and allow the oil to drain.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and it is ready to serve.
