Peanut Butter Playdough
Eating Play-Doh is practically a childhood rite of passage. Of course, once they crack open the little yellow tub, smush it between their fingers and take a bite, most kids are bound to be in for a rude awakening. Why not take pity on them and treat your little ones (or big ones!) to a yummy batch of peanut butter playdough?
With only 3 ingredients that are easily found in the majority of pantries, your prep time is next to non-existent and it's practically a guaranteed hit with the kids.
Peanut Butter Playdough
You'll need:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Milk
1/3 cup Honey
All you have to do is mix it up, break out the cookie cutters or other molds of your choice, and hand it over to the kids*.
*Friendly tip: you may want to make a double batch... one for play, one for eating. Trust us, it goes fast!
Note: if you/your child have peanut allergies, consider substituting peanut butter for macadamia nut butter, almond butter, or other similar spread. Your local Whole Foods or other health food store is a great place to go for additional suggestions.
